Last week on thursday i had a really fun day...i got to go out to breakfast with three of my favorite people...tasi, rachel, tommy and me...they are so nice and it was so yummy...later that day i went to institute...which is one of my favorite things to do and after i got to go watch bryce play a cif waterpolo game...and watch cassy play a cif volleyball game...the day was really fun...i wish i had more pictures from it...

Mission Farewell

This past sunday was my farewell for my mission. it was so good to see so many of my family and friends. I thank everyone that came to support me.

Cherry Hill NJ

Well its less then a month until I leave for my mission to New Jersey...The time has flown by...Im excited, nervous, coureous, ready to learn and gorw, ready to serve, and even a little sad to leave everyone I love so much, but i know this is what Im supposed to be doing at this time in my life...I can't wait...My farewell talk is going to be on NOv. 9th at 1:00 p.m. at the ontario stake center for anyone who can make it, I would love to say goodbye.

Also if anyone would like to write to me while Im gone I would love to hear from you!

Last Sat. I was able to go to the redlands temple. I got to share this special day with my cousin Jessica. She is going to be getting married next month and sad to say I will miss her wedding only by a week. It was exciting we got to experience going through the temple for the first time together. It was just so peaceful I loved it...Amanda was able to come down from utah which was also fun. We also had Jessicas bridal shower the same day.

One of my good friends leki wanted to do something for my birthday so he took us ice skating.It was so much fun!

General conference 2008

Me and my friend Raquel and some other friends took a roadtrip to utah. We were able to go up to see a session of general conference. I had a really fun time. I got to go spend time with my sister amanda and her husband scot. I got to see their new place. It is so cute. I always look forward to watching general conference but its just so much better when you actually get to be there in person.

My mission call...

I'm sure many of you heard that I was planning on serving a mission. My call came yesterday Sept. 22nd 2008. When it finally got here I started to get really nervous and almost feel sick. A couple hours later we had a bunch of people come over when I opened. After I found out that i would be serving in the Cherry Hill New Jersey Mission I just felt so at peace and I knew thats where the lord wanted me to go serve. Im so excited and I just can't wait to go...I report Nov. 19th, 2008. Which was exactly 2 months away from yesterday. It is very comforting because one of my friends Camille Gamboa( we grew up together and she moved away to upland when we were both in the 3rd grade) is actually reporting to the Mtc the same day as me. It will be so fun to be able to experience it together.

Last weekend we went to Alyssa Ruiz 16th birthday party...we had alot of fun...here are some pictures to show....

Courtney's Volley Ball Game

She even got to start...I think its so cute of her...She wanted number 8 because that was Bretts number...another girl on the team took number 8 and courtney went and asked her if she could have that jersey and the girl let her...
